Louise Locock is a qualitative researcher and professor in health services research at the University of Aberdeen. Before joining the University of Aberdeen in 2017, she was Director of Applied Research at the Health Experiences Research Group, University of Oxford, and has led numerous studies disseminated on this site.
Anne-Marie Boylan
Anne-Marie Boylan is a Qualitative Researcher at the Health Experiences Research Group, in the Department of Primary Health Care, University of Oxford. She is a research psychologist and her research interests include social outcomes for survivors of brain injury, children’s research, public perceptions, and acquired disability.
Abi Eccles
Abi is working as a research assistant and gaining valuable experience with the Health Experiences Research Group. She has recently completed her BSc reading Sociology and Anthropology at Oxford Brookes University. While at university she was involved in a qualitative research project exploring international students’ experiences in British universities and also spent some time in Madagascar as a research assistant for MSc Primatology students.
Dr Sharon Dixon
Is a GP and medical advisor for the Health Experience Research Group. Sharon re-wrote the topic summaries adding in new interview clips from the Health Experience Insightsarchive for the February 2014 update of the site.
