Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller was for 26 years a GP principal and trainer in a group practice in London. After taking early retirement she obtained an MSc in Health Planning and Financing at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Since 1992 she has been involved in qualitative research for the King's Fund in London and the Judge Institute for Management Studies in Cambridge.

Carol Dumelow

Senior Research Fellow, is a medical sociologist. She has worked in health research in academic and NHS sectors for over 13 years. She obtained her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Surrey in 1998.
